Prior to COVID-19, our client had no telehealth solution in place, Lobster Technologies telehealth solution was established to enable their 275 specialist physicians to support the end-to-end treatment of their patients online.
Established in 2011, our client had over 275 specialist care providers in 20 different specialties. They seek a system to manage around 2 million end-to-end patient care cases, prioritizing high continuity in their services.
The successful implementation of the telehealth system for our client was achieved within an 18-month period.
