The CPC process’s cost per page is fixed and cannot be changed. A cost reduction with the same output volume is only possible through the Pool or Master Pool concept introduced in this designed solution.

Contract billing is an integrated solution with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O, designed to record an agreement with customers for Managed Print Services to improve productivity, increase efficiency, and reduce risk. Contract Billing has strong compatibility to handle subscriptions based on different billing methods for the base, overage, and non-meter billing with different billing frequencies like monthly, Quarterly, semi-annual, etc. This module gives complete insight from selling equipment to customers as a direct sale or through lease against different revenue streams and keeps a complete record of maintenance services. In general, it can be said that in contract billing all cost components will be displayed transparently so this should also be reflected in the billing models.
